The President of the Lebanese Republic,

Pursuant to the perusal of:

The Lebanese Constitution;

The Labor Law promulgated on 23/09/1946, particularly Articles 9 and 54 thereof;

The Law promulgated on 10/07/1962 concerning the entry, exit, work and stay of foreigners in Lebanon, particularly Articles 6 and 25 thereof;

Acting upon the proposal of the Minister of Labor;

consultation with the State Council and its Decision, Lebanon Decision No. 66/1964 dated18/06/1964; and

After the approval of the Council of Ministers during the meeting held on 26/08/1964,

Hereby decrees the following:

Article 1

With due observation of the principle of reciprocity, laws and certain provisions in force, ratified conventions by the legislative authority, or agreements previously endorsed by the Ministry of Labor pertaining to the recruitment of foreign technicians for projects of public interest, the authorization for employment of foreign nationals within Lebanese territory shall be subject to the following conditions:
