In these Statutes, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them hereunder:

• Association: The legal entity established pursuant to Article 2 of these Statutes.

• Members: Companies that are affiliated with the Association.

• General Meeting of Members: The meeting comprising all Members, which may be either ordinary or extraordinary.

• Board: The elected governing body of the Association, as delineated by these Statutes, and charged with its management.

• Representative: The juristic person who operates within the General Meeting of Members or the Board, representing the company that is a Member of the Association.

• Acting Representative: The physical person chosen by a company to stand in for its Representative in the event of the latter's absence or impediment.

• Committee: The body comprising two or more persons appointed by either the General Meeting of Members or the Board for a specific assignment.
