The Minister of Health,

For the purpose of giving effect to the Decision issued by the Supreme Council for their Excellencies the Ministers of Health, in the twenty seventh session held in December 2006, on the approval of the following: “Unifying the import price (cost - insurance and freight “CIF”) of drugs within the Cooperation Council for the States of the Gulf in one currency”, and the decision issued in the 71st conference that has been held in Geneva in May 2011 stating the following: “Approve the import price adopted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as it is mostly the less expensive price, in case of registration of the product in the member states, or adopt a cheaper price”.
