Pursuant to the perusal of Article 72 of the Constitution;

Kuwait Decree-Law No. 18/1978 concerning the safety systems, and the protection of public utilities and the public wealth resources;

Kuwait Decree-Law No. 9/1987 concerning the prohibition of certain acts harmful to public cleanliness and crops;

Kuwait Law No. 94/1983 establishing the General Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries Resources and its amendments;

Kuwait Law No. 21/1995 on establishing the Environment Public Authority and its amendments;

Kuwait Decree-Law No. 42/2014 on promulgating the Environmental Protection Law and its amendments;

Kuwait Law No. 33/2016 concerning Kuwait Municipality and its amendments;

Kuwait Cabinet Decision No. 1358/2018 on issuing the Implementing Regulation of the aforementioned Kuwait Law No. 33/2016 concerning Kuwait Municipality;

Kuwait Ministerial Decision No. 363/2009 concerning the organisational structure of the executive branch of the Municipality and its branches in the governorates and its amendments;
