Pursuant to the perusal of the Constitution;
Kuwait Decree No. 3/1955 regarding Kuwaiti Income Tax, and its amendments;
Kuwait Decree No. 5/1959 on the Real Estate Registration Law, and its amendments;
Kuwait Law No. 16/1960 promulgating the Penal Law, and its amendments;
Kuwait Law No. 17/1960 on the Issuance of the Criminal Procedure and Trial Law, and its amendments;
Kuwait Law No. 4/1961 promulgating the Authentication Law, and its amendments;
Kuwait Law No. 4/1962 regarding Patents, Designs and Industrial Models, and its amendments;
Kuwait Law No. 32/1968 concerning Currency, the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Organisation of Banking Business, and its amendments;
Kuwait Decree-Law No. 38/1980 on the Issuance of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law, and its amendments;
