The Law on the Organisation of the Judiciary promulgated by Kuwait Decree-Law No. 23/1990, and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 20/2014 on Electronic Transactions;

Kuwait Law No. 1/2016 on the Issuance of the Companies Law, and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 78/2019 on the Prohibition of the Use of Unaccredited Academic Certificates;

Kuwait Law No. 124/2019 on the Issuance of the Jaafari Personal Status Law;

The National Assembly has approved the following Law, which we have ratified and promulgated:
