Kuwait Law No. 24/1961 on Insurance Companies and Agents and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 24/1962 on the Organization of Clubs and Community Service Societies and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 42/1964 on Regulating the Legal Profession before the Courts and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 32/1968 on Currency, the Central Bank of Kuwait and the Organization of Banking Business and its amending laws;

Kuwait Law No. 20/1976 on the Suppression of Fraud in Commercial Transactions and its amending laws; ,

Kuwait Emiri Order No. 32/1980 and its amending laws;

Commercial Law promulgated by Kuwait Decree-Law No. 68/1980 and its amending laws;

Kuwait Decree-Law No. 5/1981 on The Practice of the Auditing Profession;
