Kuwait Law No. 39/1976 dated 26/05/1976.

Kuwait Law No. 35/1978 dated 22/06/1978.
Amended by:
Kuwait Law No. 15/1996 dated 22/5/1996.
Kuwait Decree-Law No. 4/2025 dated 13/01/2025
Kuwait Decree-Law No. 8/2025 dated 06/03/2025
Article 1
Abrogation of the Provision of the Judicial Journal and shall be replaced and replaced by the Civil Law attached hereto.
Article 2
The following texts shall be abrogated:
Kuwait Law No. 6/1961 on the Law of Organization of Obligations Arising from Unlawful Acts
Kuwait Law No. 34/1961 on the Issuance of the Law on Real Securities
Kuwait Law No. 39/1976 on the Organization of Ownership of Storys' and Apartments'
Article 3 of Kuwait Law No. 35/1978 on Rental of Real Estate.
Abolishment of all articles that are inconsistent with the attached law.
Article 3
Without prejudice to the provisions of the attached law provisions contained in the legislation.
