After perusal of the Emiri Order issued on 4 Ramadan 1396 AH, corresponding to 29 August 1976 AD on the revision of the Constitution; and

Articles 20 and 72 of the Constitution; and

Kuwait Law No. 2/1960 promulgating the Commercial Law and the amending laws; and

Kuwait Law No. 16/1960 promulgating the Penal Code and the amending laws; and

Kuwait Law No. 17/1960 promulgating the Criminal Procedures and Trials and the amending laws; and

Kuwait Law No. 24/1967 on the Supervision on Trade in Goods and Defining Certain Prices; and

Based on the proposal by the Minister of Commerce and Industry; and

After the approval of the Council of Ministers;

Have decreed the following Law:
