Kuwait Decision No. 502/2014 promulgating the Implementing Regulation of Kuwait Law No. 116/2013 on the Promotion of Direct Investment in the State of Kuwait;

Kuwait Decision No. 16/2016 concerning the mechanism of tax exemption and its amendments;

Kuwait Decision No. 329/2019 concerning the mechanism for evaluating investment licence applications and granting benefits;

Decision of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority at its Meeting No. (2024/2) held on 3/6/2024 concerning the proposal of the controls for granting benefits and exemptions to advanced and licensed investment entities;
