The Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Insurance Regulatory Unit,

After perusal of:

Kuwait Law No. 125/2019 on the Insurance Regulation and its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;

Kuwait Law No. 1/2016 on the issuance of the Companies Law, its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;

Kuwait Decision No. 14/2022 on the applications for the issuance of licences to practice insurance activities and professions;

Kuwait Decision No. 31/2022 on licensing the entities that have adjusted their situation according to the Law, its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments;

Kuwait Decision No. 40/2022 on licensing the entities that have adjusted their situation according to the Law, its Implementing Regulation, and their amendments; and

Based on the Decision of the Supreme Committee of the Insurance Regulatory Unit, No. (4) of 2023 dated 01/06/2023 issued by circulation,

Decided the following:
