In the Name of the People

President of the Republic

The following Law was decided by the People’s Assembly, and it was issued by us:

Article 1

The provisions of the attached Labour Law shall enter into effect.

Article 2

The provisions stated in the legislation of some Workers’ categories shall remain in effect until collective agreements are concluded and enforced in their respect, in accordance with the provisions of the attached Law.

The benefits contained in this legislation shall be the minimum on the basis of which negotiation shall take place.

Article 3

The Workers subject to the provisions of the attached Law shall be entitled to obtain a periodic annual increment on its due date, of not less than (7%) of the basic Wage on the basis of which social insurance contributions are calculated, until the National Wages Council issues the decisions regulating such increment.
