Dubai Decree No. 4/2010 Concerning the Regulation of Transfer of Ownership of Industrial and Commercial Lands Granted in the Emirate Of Dubai

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai
Pursuant to the perusal of Dubai Law No. 7/2006 concerning Real Estate Registration in the Emirate of Dubai;
The instructions issued on 20/09/1994 concerning the Lands Granted by the government to citizens in the Emirate of Dubai;
The Order issued on 20/09/1994 on prohibiting notary public certification of any contract, agreement or document relating to the disposition of Granted Land;
The Order issued on 12/07/2004 concerning residential Lands Granted to citizens in the Emirate of Dubai;
Issued the following Decree:
Article 1 - Definitions
The provisions of this Article were replaced by virtue of Dubai Law No. 25/2022 dated 07/07/2022 to read as follows:
The following terms and expressions, wherever they appear in the present Decree, shall have the meanings assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Department: Department of Land and Property.
