Dubai Administrative Decision No. 1/2025 Approving the Procedural Guide for the Succession Planning System in the Government of Dubai
The Director-General of Dubai Government Human Resources Department,
After perusal of Dubai Law No. 31/2009 on the Establishment of Dubai Government Human Resources Department, and its amendments;
Dubai Law No. 8/2018 on Dubai Government Human Resources Management, and its amendments;
Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 81/2024 Approving the Succession Planning System in the Government of Dubai;
Has decided the following:
Article 1 - Approval of the Procedural Guide
The attached “Procedural Guide for the Succession Planning System in the Government of Dubai”, and the rules, procedures and forms included therein, shall be approved by virtue of this Decision.
Article 2 - Compliance with the Implementation of the Procedural Guide
All government entities whose employees are subject to the provisions of aforementioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 81/2024, shall fully comply with the implementation of the attached Guide and take the necessary measures to put it into effect.
