We, Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Emir of the State of Bahrain

After perusal of the Constitution;

Bahrain Emiri Order No. 4/1975;

Based on the proposal of the Minister of Commerce and Agriculture; and

After the approval of the Council of Ministers,

Have issued the following Law:

Article 1

The Law of Commerce annexed to this Law shall be abrogated, as well as any provisions inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

Article 2

The Ministers, each in his own competencies, shall implement the provisions of this Law which shall come into force as of the beginning of the month following the lapse of two months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
