Federal Decree-Law No. 42/2022 promulgating the Civil Procedure Law;

Federal Decree-Law No. 50/2022 promulgating the Commercial Transactions Law;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 11/2011 promulgating the Financial Law of the Government of Ajman;

Ajman Law No. 2/2020 regulating Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Law No. 3/2020 regulating the affairs of owners in the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 14/2006 re-organising the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, and its amendments;
