Ajman Executive Council Decision No. 6/2024 On the Determination of Establishments That Are Totally Owned by the Government of Ajman and Exempt from the Provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 36/2023 on the Regulation of Competition
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of Paragraph (3) of Article 4 of Federal Decree-Law No. 36/2023 on the regulation of the competition;
Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4/2014 re-organising the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments; and
Our Decision No. 5/2024 on the implementing decisions issued following the meeting of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman in May 2024,
Have issued the following Decision:
Article 1 - Title and Effective Date of the Decision
This Decision shall be entitled “Decision of the Chairman of the Executive Council no. (6) of 2024 on the determination of establishments that are totally owned by the Government of Ajman and exempt from the provisions of Federal Decree-Law no. (36) of 2023 on the Regulation of Competition”. It shall come into effect from the date of its signature.
