We, Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman and Member of the Supreme Council,

After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/1999 on the establishment of the Department of Private Properties (subsequently named “Department of Private Properties – Ajman”);

After perusal of the studies and recommendations submitted to us on the development of the urbanism movement in Emirate, within the past few years, and the urgent need for the reorganisation and rehabilitation of the real estate sectors in the Emirate of Ajman in order to meet the day-to-day increasing demands of the nationals and migrants to establish more investment real estates in the Emirate for housing, commercial and industrial purposes;
