We, Humaid Bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

After perusal of the Concession Agreement concluded on December 19, 2001 between the Government of Ajman and Ajman Sewerage Private Company, on the construction, operating and maintenance of the Ajman sewerage system and the subsequent amendments thereto;

The provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/1990 on the establishment of the Private Properties Department in Ajman, (which later became the Department of Private Properties - Ajman);

The provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 15/2002 on the Investment Real Estate Establishment in Ajman, and the provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 1/2006 on the issuance of the Sewerage Law, and its amendments;

The provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 14/2006 on the reorganisation of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman, and its amendments;

The provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 5/2006 on the regulation of Ajman Land and Property Department and its amendments;

The provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 11/2008 on Ajman Real-Estate Regulatory Agency;
