We Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of Supreme Council, and Ruler of Ajman;

After perusal of the terms and conditions of the concession agreement, signed on 17/12/2007 between the Government of Ajman and Al Zorah Development (Private) Company Limited, concerning the project of Al Zorah area development in Ajman Emirate,

Aiming to enable the aforementioned company to effectively carry out the tasks assigned thereto in the hereby agreement,

Responding to the recommendations submitted to us by the Chairman of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman on the need for the issuance of an Emiri decree whereby Al Zorah area becomes a free zone in which, the development and construction of investment buildings, the sale of developed lands as well as the varied real estate and real estate units to national investors and foreigners on a freehold basis, shall be allowed,

And for what we have considered conducive to the achievement of Public Interest,

Have decided now to issue this Emiri decree as follows:
