We, Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

Pursuant to the perusal of the provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2009 on the issuance of the Law on the Regulation of Real Estate Rent in the Emirate of Ajman; and

Ajman Emiri Decision No. 4/2007 on the appointment of the president and members of the Rental Disputes Committee in Ajman; and

Decision of the Minister of Justice No. 129/2009 issued on 15/02/2009 on the delegation of a judge for the presidency of the Rental Disputes Committee in the Emirate of Ajman; and

Desiring to activate the performance of the Rental Disputes Committee, after the appointment of a judge from the Ministry of Justice for the presidency thereof; and

By virtue of the provisions of Article 15(2) of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2009 mentioned hereinabove; and

Whereas we consider that said Decision serves the public interest,
