We, Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

After perusal of Ajman Law No. 2/2020 regulating Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Law No. 3/2020 regulating owners’ affairs in the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 14/2006 on re-organising the Municipality and Planning Department in

Ajman, and its amendments;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7/2017 on the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2018 on the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2022 on the determination of real estate development zones and lands in

the Emirate of Ajman; and

Based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,

Have hereby decreed the following:
