We, Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

After perusal of the Constitution of the United Arab Emirates;

Federal Law No. 23/2005 on the rules for the preparation of the public budget and closing account of the Federal Government and its amendments, and Federal Law No. 1/2011 on the public revenues of the State;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4/2003 on the establishment of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and its amendments;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 9/2008 on the Issuance of the Civil Service Law in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2010 on the establishment of Ajman Financial Audit Authority;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4/2010 on the establishment of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Department in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 8/2011 on the regulation of the issuance of local legislation in the Emirate of Ajman;

Based on the recommendation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman issued in its third session of 2011;
