Ajman Emiri Decision No. 7/2014 On the Exemption from the Fees of Registration of Lands on Which Warehouses are Constructed in the Emirate of Ajman
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 7/2008 on the Acquisition and Registration of Land Ownership in the Emirate of Ajman, and the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 8/2011 on the organisation of issuance of local legislations in the Emirate of Ajman;
Ajman Emiri Decree No. 11/2011 on the issuance of the Ajman Government Financial Law and its Implementing Regulation;
Ajman Emiri Decision No. 12/2013 on the services' fees of Ajman Land and Property Department;
And pursuant to our authorities as decided in Article (24) of the above-mentioned Emiri Decree No. (11) of 2011;
And for what we have considered conducive to the achievement of Public Interest,
Decided to issue the following Emiri Decision:
