Ajman Emiri Decision No. 4/2025 On the Addition of a Sub-Free Zone to Ajman Free Zone

We, Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman,

After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2014 on Ajman Free Zone;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2018 on the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 8/2021 on Ajman Free Zone Authority;

Have issued the following Decision:

Article 1 - Addition of a Sub-Free Zone

The plots of land located in the city of Ajman – Northern Sector – Al Bahia District, along with the structures thereon, as specified in the map attached to this Decision, shall be added to Ajman Free Zone as a sub-free zone.

Article 2 - Enforcement and Publication

This Decision shall enter into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
