Ajman Emiri Decision No. 1/2023 On the Exemption of the Licenses of Practising Economic Activities at Homes from Local Fees

We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman,

After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2018 on the Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 1/2019 on fees, taxes and fines in the Emirate of Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decision No. 7/2019 on the exemption of the practice of economic activities at homes from local fees; and

Based on the approval of the Legislation Committee,

Have issued the following Decision:

Article 1 - Exemption from Local Fees

a- Exemption from local fees for the licences issued before 1 January 2023 for the practice of economic activities at homes, as stipulated in Article (2) of aforementioned Ajman Emiri Decision No. 7/2019, shall be extended for a duration of (3) additional years from the end of the first exemption duration.
