Abrogating

The Ajman Emiri Decision No. 15/2007.

We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of the provisions of the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 3/2009 promulgating the Property Lease Law in Ajman;

As amended by the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 8/2014 and the Ajman Emiri Decree No. 11/2011 promulgating the Ajman Government Financial Law;

Ajman Administrative Decision No. 15/2007 and Ajman Administrative Decision No. 27/2007 issued by the President of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman concerning the fees of the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee in Ajman;

Based on the suggestion of the President of the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee in Ajman,

After consultation with the President of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman,

And for what we have considered conducive to the achievement of Public Interest,

Decided to issue the following Emiri Decision:
