Ajman Emiri Decision No. 11/2021 On the Extension of the Term of the Dispute Settlement Committee in the Ajman Free Zone
We, Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman,
After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 2/2014 on the Ajman Free Zone;
Ajman Emiri Decision No. 6/2018 on the Regulation of the Dispute Settlement Committee in the Ajman Free Zone, and its amendments;
Ajman Emiri Decision No. 7/2018 on the Formation of the Dispute Settlement Committee in the Ajman Free Zone;
Issued the following Decision:
Article 1 - Extension of the Committee’s Term
The term of the Dispute Settlement Committee in the Ajman Free Zone, formed by virtue of aforementioned Ajman Emiri Decision No. 7/2018, shall be extended for a period of six Gregorian calendar months.
Article 2 - Validity and Publication
This Decision shall enter into effect on the first of May 2021, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
Issued by us on Thursday, 22 Shawwal 1442 H, corresponding to the 3rd of June 2021.
