We, Ahmed Bin Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the representative of the Ruler for administrative and financial affairs;

After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 4/2017 on the issuance of the Human Resources Law in the government of Ajman and its Implementing Regulation;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 10/2014 on the establishment of the central administration for the legal affairs of the government of Ajman, and Ajman Emiri Decree No. 16/2012 on the establishment of the central administration for the development of the human resources in Ajman;

Ajman Emiri Decree No. 11/2011 on the issuance of the Financial Law of the government of Ajman;

Based on the proposal of the Executive Director of the central administration for human resources in the government of Ajman, concerning the regulation of the work allowance in the government of Ajman and our approval thereon;
