Ajman Administrative Decision No. 4/2008 On Laboratory Safety and Security Committee

The Director General,

After perusal of Ajman Emiri Decree No. 14/2006,

The authorities legally conferred upon us, and

For what we have considered conducive to a good workflow at the Department;

Has issued the following Decision:

Article 1

By virtue of this Decision, for the purpose of implementing quality regulations, and in accordance with the global standards and regulations of the rehabilitation and adoption of laboratories, as well as for the furtherance of the security and safety procedures concerning the central laboratory for food and environment Control, in addition to the insurance of the safety of the workers therein and to the achievement of the public interest, a committee shall be established in the Department of Public Health called the (Safety and Security Committee); said Committee shall consist of a chairman and three members, and shall be directly affiliated to the Director General of the Department.

Article 2

The Committee shall consist of:

1- Mr./ Khaled Moein Al Hosni (Chairman of the Committee)

2- Mrs./ Shaikha Hassan al-Shehhi. (Member).

3 - Mrs. / Fatima Abdullah Alobaidly. (Member).
