Abu Dhabi Law No. 3/2005 on the Regulation of Real Estate Registration in the Emirate, and its amendments;

Abu Dhabi Law No. 19/2005 on Real Estate Ownership, and its amendments;

Abu Dhabi Law No. 30/2019 on the Establishment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport;

Abu Dhabi Emiri Decree No. 11/2023 on the Reformation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi;

Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 223/2023 on the Establishment of Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre;

Abu Dhabi Executive Council Decision No. 38/2024 on Bank Guarantees for Real Estate Development Projects;

Based on the public interest requirements,
