Separatist Movements concerning Turkey's National Security, Terrorist Threats, and all kinds of measures taken within the framework of international law against all kinds of security risks to fend off attacks that may be directed against our country by all terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq and to maintain our national safety against other potential risks like mass migration by means of our border, the extent, amount, and time to be appreciated and prescribed by the Government, sending the Turkish Armed Forces to foreign countries when necessary, foreign armed forces being present in Turkey and the use of these forces according to the principles determined by the government, and making the necessary arrangements according to the principles determined by the government, the decision given to the Government with Decree No. 1071 dated 02.10.2014 of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey pursuant to Article 92 of the Constitution and finally Decree No. 1162 dated 23.09.2017 of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey of the extended leave to be extended for one year from 30.10.2018.
