On a material error in clause (3) of the ruling paragraph of Lebanon Decision No. 3/2024 issued on 04/04/2024 dated 09/04/2024.

On determining the details of the implementation of Article 63 of Lebanon Decree-Law No. 144/1959 dated 12/06/1959 and its amendments (Income Tax Law) amended in accordance with Article 35 of the effective Lebanon Law No. 10/2022 dated 15/11/2022 (General Budget Law for the year 2022) and in accordance with Article 18 of Lebanon Law No. 324/2024 dated 12/02/2024 General Budget Law for the year (2024) dated 03/04/2024.

On amending Article 4 of Lebanon Decision No. 824/1/2023 dated 08/11/2023 (determining the tax treatment of interests paid by income tax taxpayers) dated 04/04/2024.
