Issued from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on regulate the rules of acceptance of the holders of the Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate and its equivalent (Arab and foreign certificates) and technical certificates and Al-Azhar secondary certificates of 2021, and the applicants for 2021 to enroll in Egyptian public universities (subject to the Universities regulating Egypt Law No. 49/1972 and its executive regulations) in the academic year 2021/2022 dated July 5, 2021.
