On allocating a plot of land with an area of approximately 930920.41 acres of state-owned land privately owned in the Toshka Valley in the governorates of Aswan and the New Valley, for the benefit of the National Service Projects Organisation for use in aquaculture and fish investment purposes, and allocating an area of 193580.31 acres of state land in the same place, for the benefit of the General Authority For the reconstruction and agricultural development project, to be used for reclamation and cultivation purposes.

Issued from the Prime Minister on considering the project of developing and expanding the Ring Road around Greater Cairo, from Al-Salam Tunnel to Al-Marg Bridge with a length of 8.5 km and from Al-Marg Bridge to the intersection of Cairo / Alexandria Agricultural Road with a length of 12 km, within the scope of the Cairo and Qalyubia governorates of public benefit works.
