On licensing the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in contracting with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and the Apache West Kalabsha Corporation LDC to amend the commitment agreement to search for and exploit oil in the West Kalabsha region in the Western Desert issued under Egypt Law No. 19/2005 and amended by Egypt Law No. 28/2014.
