By licensing the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources in contracting with the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Apache West Kanays Corporation to DC to amend the commitment agreement for oil search and exploitation in the West Kanays region of the Western Desert issued under Egypt Law No. 20/2005 amended by Egypt Law No. 121/2014.
