Under the law, operators will have to enter the information about their electronic communication infrastructure, network and services to the system's database and ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date.

The information to be provided will be laid out by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority and operators will have to provide remote access to the information system if requested by the Authority.

It will come into force three months after its publication in the Official Gazette.
