In a recent development, the Turkish Trademark Registry has revised its practice in terms of prosecuting trademark application in class 35 covering ‘sales services'.  In light of this change, a trademark which is identical or closely similar to an already registered trademark for ‘sales service' under class 35, may be available to a third party for use and registration in class 35 for ‘sales services' if the product group is made specific. 

To clarify further, the specification of service namely,

“the bringing together, for the benefit of others, of a variety of goods (excluding the transport thereof), enabling customers to conveniently view and purchase those goods”,
