Foreign nationals now have the option to bypass longer queues and wait times at the MOFA office in Bur Dubai by visiting the Al Manara Municipality Centre. The centre also houses counters for UAE Immigration, the General Pension and Social Security Authority and Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, among others.
