The free zone Authority has announced all companies operating in the free zone must submit a typed declaration stating all registered employees working there are covered by the company's insurance policy.

The declaration must be filed on an annual basis and failing to do so may result in restrictions being placed on the company's online government services portal.

A typed copy of the declaration must be submitted in a prescribed format to the Authority and must be signed and stamped by the company's insurance provider. The declaration must include:

• The name of the entity operating in the free zone;

• The insurance period;

• The indemnity limit; and
