Government plans to “export English law” and attract more big ticket international litigation to London make sense, says Richard Little.

“I think we are going to see a rise in major international litigation,” says Little. “London is popular for these cases not just because of lawyers here but the pool of other professional experts often needed. And English common law is widely trusted as providing a fair balance between claimants and defendants.”
