In their latest article, they examined the issue of enforcement of a Global Equality Policy and the potential liability for an employer within the context of an organisation operating in the Middle East, UK and USA. In our forthcoming articles, we will be focusing on issues such as benefit plans and the employment aspects of global compliance regulations.
A recent survey by the International Bar Association's Global Employment Unit, found that amongst HR managers' and In house counsels' prime concerns are managing a diverse workforce and applying global corporate policies, particularly on issues such as compliance and equality.
