Bahrain Law No. 1/2012 ratifies International Convention number 138 of 1973 regarding the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation on 26 June 1973, in Geneva.
Bahrain Law No. 2/2012 endorses the Kingdom's accession to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonisation of Customs Procedures (Revised Kyoto Convention) signed in Kyoto on 18 May 1973 and amended on 26 June 1999.
Bahrain Law No. 3/2012 approves the Bahrain-Turkmenistan Convention for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income signed on 9 February 2011.
Bahrain Law No. 4/2012 approves the Kingdom's accession to the Budapest Treaty on the International Recognition of the Deposit of Microorganisms for the Purposes of Patent Procedure adopted on 28 April 1977, and revised on 26 September 1980.
