HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued three decrees ratifying three international agreements, including an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation between Qatar and Vietnam
HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued Qatar Decree No. 2/2012 ratifying the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the governments of Qatar and Cyprus and which was signed in Nicosia on 11/11/2008 and will have the power of law under Article 68 of the constitution.
HH the Emir also issued Qatar Decree No. 3/2012 approving an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and financial evasion as related to income tax between the governments of Qatar and Vietnam and which was signed in Doha on 08/03/2009 and is to have the power of law under Article 68 of the constitution.
