Bahrain Law No. 41/2011 stipulates ratification of agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain's government and UNESCO regarding the creation of a regional centre for Information Technology and Telecommunications in Manama, Bahrain, accompanying this decree.

Bahrain Law No. 42/2011 stipulates ratification of articles of association of the International Agency for Renewable Energy signed in Bonn, in the Federal Republic of Germany dated 26 January 2009, accompanying this decree.

Bahrain Law No. 43/2011 provides for the Bahrain's accession to the World Development Organisation's agreement.

Article 1 stipulates ratification of Bahrain's accession to the agreement of the World Development Organisation (WDO) endorsed by the governors board of the World Bank for Construction and Urbanisation dated 1 October 1959, accompanying this decree.

Article 2 stipulates authorising the Minister of Finance to subscribe on behalf of the Kingdom of Bahrain in WDO's capital in compliance with the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of WDO's agreement.
