The Cabinet has already issued instructions to all bodies concerned to set up the new structure.

Air passengers departing Bahrain are currently being charged BD 3 each time they exit. The fee is collected by the airline concerned and then passed on to the airport authorities.

Prior to that, each departing passenger had to purchase a BD 3 ticket before going in for the immigration check.
