Background Facts

In 1974, a deceased person bought from the government of Sharjah, two plots of lands No 48 and 49 and then got a building permit in 13/8/1975

The deceased built two buildings with the help of the first Respondent who got a share in return for the work done on the buildings.

After lease contracts were concluded with many firms, the first and third Respondent took over the administrative task relating to the lease contracts.

The first and second Respondents took advantage of the existence of the paper of the properties in the office and deleted the name of the heirs who were the Appellants from the ownership of the properties in Sharjah and substituted the names of the third and fourth Respondent.

Following the failure to get their rights in the land and buildings and all benefits of the lease contracts, and due to a falsified contract the Appellants filed the lawsuit
