A legal representative of a company filed a case against another company before the court. He requested the court to order the company to pay 151591 Riyals. He said that the company he represents had supplied building equipment to the company and that the latter had failed to pay the amount.

The court said that the case documents revealed that the other company had failed to attend the hearing. The court said that the legal representative of the company provided the court with the documents that proved his claim.

The court ruled that the company should pay the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Riyadh upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
