A claimant filed a case against a defendant before the court. He requested the court to order the defendant to pay him 270000 Riyals. He said that he had installed elevators for the defendant and that the latter failed to pay their remaining value. He also requested the court to order the defendant to pay him the lawyer's expenses.

The defendant said that the elevators had been actually installed by the claimant but claimed the claimant, however, failed to consider some notes on the installation process.

The court said that the defendant should pay the claimant the mentioned amount.

The Court of Appeal – Mecca has upheld the ruling based on the same grounds.
